Crickesh Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

Crickesh is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Crickesh and its members. The platform provides services to users in Bangladesh and other specified regions.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Crickesh Support immediately. Members are personally responsible for any unauthorized access — not Crickesh.

Members must be 18 years of age or older to register and place bets on Crickesh. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the platform.
• Accounts may not be created from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Crickesh employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

• If you get disconnected during live betting, your last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, stakes are generally refunded, though specific rules may vary by market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crickesh platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of the balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to Crickesh systems.
• Threatening or attempting to defraud other members.

Crickesh treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
